Reflections: Hebgen Lake to Spokane

This drive was absolutely the most gorgeous drive. It was about 7 hours long and for the most part my eyes were glued to the beauty of nature outside the windows. I was seriously ready to pull over into a small town and build a life with Daniel. Daniel even suggested that we do it and I quite seriously said I was in. In my heart this was the best idea ever, in my head I knew I needed to explore more of the world. Maybe someday you will send a letter to Daniel and I and will postmark it to some random little town you have never heard of in Montana or Northern Idaho. Or maybe you will postmark it to Coeur d’Alene because that city was incredibly beautiful as well.

Already I am overwhelmed with this beautiful world that God has created. My soul was touched on this drive as I experienced a testimony of the truth that Alma writes: “All things denote there is a God; yea, even the earth, and all things that are upon the face of it, yea, and its motion, yea, and also the planets which move in their regular form do witness that there is a Supreme Creator.” (Alma 30:44)
