Logan, UT

We decided to detour through Logan on our way to Idaho Falls to see Jord and Liz again. We stopped for lunch and they took us to the Tandoori Oven for some Indian food. Now I though I was being adventurous going to Thai the night before, but this was even further out of my comfort zone since I don’t love Indian food and this restaurant was connected to a gas station. Daniel loves Indian food though and we do not ever go so I though I could give in and hope for the best. We got three curry dishes with garlic naan bread and everyone tried a little bit of everything. I was so surprised that I really liked it. I usually do not like Indian food because I think the spices are a little overwhelming but with all of these dishes the spices were strong enough that you could taste them but subtle enough that it was not overpowering. It was really so good and although some have questioned my honesty on this matter I’m definitely not just trying to be nice (believe me, when it comes to ethnic foods if I don’t like it I don’t fake it because I do not want to go back). Is it weird to say that I have even had cravings for it since we went? Too far? Well it’s true, I’d go back the next time we are in Logan. Thanks Jord and Liz for taking us to something new. That’s what road tripping is all about!
